Every member of our team visits every property we market so we all have firsthand knowledge of the key features. We then accompany all prospective buyers to viewings as we believe this meeting gives us a better insight into their requirements and enables us to give you more accurate and reliable feedback. Throughout the marketing of your home we like to regularly meet face to face to discuss what’s happening and after your sale is agreed we proactively liaise with everyone involved to ensure the sale proceeds at your desired pace.
